Illinois Central Coral pattern china was never marked for the railroad. Besides the also unmarked "Pirate" pattern service plate, Coral was the IC's only pattern for most of the postwar era, until Amtrak - first dating back as early as 1935. It is said to have been an "exclusive use" pattern (i.e. one made only for the Illinois Central RR).
